The Bonnie Badger
Modern British
Tom Kitchin and his wife have taken an old coaching inn in golf country and turned it into their version of a great Scottish pub, with enough range that you can eat however seriously you like. The Broc Bar does haggis bonbons and fish pie; the Stables dining room asks a little more of you; and the sun-trap garden has its own menu when the East Lothian weather cooperates. Scottish ingredients run through all of it, from bar snacks to the more composed plates.
