This Michelin-starred restaurant-with-rooms runs a modern British tasting menu, and the team presents each course themselves, squirrels gathering at the conservatory windows throughout. The wine list leans natural, the service is warm rather than formal, and the potato bread apparently inspires requests for seconds.
