The Library is a minimalist resort steps from the chaos of Chaweng Beach, built around the quiet it refuses to let outside in. An all-white reading room sits by the shore, platform beds and black lacquer fill the rooms, and ground-floor suites open onto Jacuzzis. Tranquility, apparently, is the amenity.
