This boutique hotel leans hard into its Oscar Wilde associations and a fox mascot that turns up everywhere, filling rooms with saturated colors, country-house warmth, and custom bath products. The Dandy Bar's idiosyncratic wine list and cocktail menu give guests a compelling reason not to wander far for a nightcap.
