    Rooms at this sleek Tsim Sha Tsui hotel look out over Kowloon Park rather than the harbor, which turns out to be the more interesting view. Inside, the design swings from swooping lobby curves to mid-century suites fitted with Arne Jacobsen egg chairs and terraces wired for outdoor sound. Three restaurants, a palm-fringed rooftop lounge with weekend DJs, and a spa with an infinity pool and color-therapy showers fill out whatever time remains.
