A former butcher's shop in the Cotswolds that never quite lost its bones, now a relaxed seafood-forward restaurant where the charcoal grill does serious work alongside Cornish scallops and Dover sole. The family has run the room for decades, and it shows: the front of house is warm without being cloying, the menu moves between land and sea without losing focus, and Stow-on-the-Wold is a better town for having it.
