    The Pickled Pig is a casual deli in a city that once called itself Porkopolis and still has the fiberglass pigs to prove it. The kitchen breaks down whole local hogs, then grinds the trimmings into a loose-packed pork burger on a potato bun, topped with nearby gouda and house kimchi. The Infatuation put it on its list of the best burgers in America. Order at the counter, and don't ask where the beef is.
