The kitchen grows much of what it serves, pulling from an orchard, edible flower fields, vegetable gardens, and an apiary right on the Justin Winery property. This is a single tasting menu, fine dining, the kind where rolling vineyards fill every window and the service feels like a coordinated act of kindness. It holds a Michelin star, a Forbes Five Star, and an AAA Five Diamond, which is a lot of hardware for one set of winding roads to carry.
