    The angular glass facade was designed to echo the fractured ice sheets that cover the Songhua River below each winter, which tells you everything about how seriously Harbin takes its signature season. This luxury hotel leans into that identity throughout, with sculptural chandeliers, swirling blue artwork, and Russian lace details nodding to the city's tsarist-era past. All 366 rooms face the river or skyline, and every bathroom has a soaking tub.
