    Grace Bay sand is the kind that ends up on travel magazine covers, and this ten-story Ritz-Carlton resort leans into the view with glass-railed balconies across every room. Two pools face the water, one adults-only, and a pair of vintage VW vans parked between the pool and the shore dispense cocktails. Coralli handles all-day dining steps from the beach, Casa Nonna does Italian evenings, and there's a casino on-site for when the sunset loses its appeal.
