Named after Lantau Island's old silver mines, The Silveri is a hotel that keeps threatening to forget it's next to an airport. The MGallery property has an asymmetric pool, a roof garden, and suites with outdoor hot tubs, which is a lot of ambition for a neighborhood whose main attraction is departures. Rooms are well-insulated against runway noise and come with marble bathrooms. The Ngong Ping cable car and Tai O fishing village are close by.
