The Sitio

Every room at this small boutique hotel comes with a custom surfboard rack, which tells you most of what you need to know. The Sitio sits inside Atlantic Park, Virginia Beach's new mixed-use district, with direct access to a surf lagoon that lets guests paddle out regardless of swell. Twenty spare rooms use natural textiles and wide windows; seven have balconies over the water. Pharrell Williams, an Atlantic Park partner, curated the rotating playlists.
