Every evening a butler sabres a champagne bottle at the St. Regis Bermuda Resort, which sets the tone for a property that leans into ritual over novelty. The resort sits on St. Catherine's Beach at the quieter end of St. George's Island, 120 rooms with butler service, a spa, golf, BLT Steak, and Bermuda's first casino, all arranged around a stretch of pink sand that does most of the persuading on its own.
