The Stavrand Russian River Valley

A storybook 1920s inn on the Russian River, the Stavrand has been around forever and carries that easy confidence. A recent renovation kept the historical bones and layered in something warm and quietly bohemian, the kind of California dream that doesn't announce itself. The restaurant stays central to the whole project, with a team of chefs leaning hard into the produce of this absurdly fertile region. It holds two Michelin Keys.
