Trattoria Dentella
Regional Italian
A family trattoria tucked into the Val Serina, where polenta comes several ways and the kitchen holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand. The menu is short on purpose, built around Bergamasco staples: casoncelli with butter and pancetta, bresaola from Orobica cattle, and, when the season allows, the local black truffle. In fine weather the terrace opens onto hills that do most of the decorating. The women run the floor; the man of the house cooks.
