The restaurant named itself after the French slang for Michelin stars, so the pressure was built in from day one. A Michelin star followed. This family-run spot in El Masnou serves tasting menus rooted in the El Maresme coastline, the chef keeping things seasonal and Catalan without being precious about it. The front-of-house manager designed the tableware herself, which tells you the level of care at work here.
