    An Indonesian restaurant sitting inside a retro French Riviera hotel a short walk from the beach on St. Barth is, admittedly, a very specific set of choices. Le Tropical came back from a full renovation looking almost nothing like its former self, trading island norm for lush garden grounds and a consciously old-school glamour. It holds a Michelin Key. The vibe reads more Saint-Tropez than Caribbean, which is either the joke or the point.
