    A terrace overlooking Bolza Castle and the Holt-Körös River is a good reason to land in Szarvas, and this Bib Gourmand bistro on the ground floor of a modern office block gives you another. The kitchen runs three tasting menus: local produce, reinterpreted Hungarian classics, or a broader international angle, depending on your mood. Hungarian wines are organized by region on the list, which is a better organizing principle than most places manage.
