    Pastel pinks and baby blues in the middle of Melbourne's CBD, which is either a very confident design choice or a dare. This coffee shop on Exhibition Street leans hard into retro-resort kitsch while roasting its own beans with complete seriousness, running the range from espresso blends to single-origin pour-overs. The suits filing past the window make the whole setup funnier, which seems intentional.
