The dining rooms occupy part of a 16th-century monastery, and on warm evenings the covered cloisters double as a spot for a glass of manzanilla before you sit down. This is a tasting-menu restaurant holding a Michelin star, where the chef builds creative, finesse-driven dishes around humble local ingredients and his own kitchen garden. The setting does a lot of the work, but the food earns its place in it.
