Victorian antique furniture, sourced from England, fills the 19 rooms and suites of this restored 19th-century estate in the Kakheti wine region. The parkland rolls into working vineyards where grapes are fermented using the ancient qvevri method, and those wines pour at dinner alongside creative Georgian cooking built largely from the estate's own garden. It holds a Michelin Key, and feels like a Georgia most visitors never find.
