Venta de Ulzama
Traditional Spanish
A deer farm sits just next door, which sets the tone rather well for a mountain inn that has been feeding travelers through the Ulzama valley for generations. The dining room is all open fireplace and warm wood, and the traditional menu follows the season faithfully, swinging from wild mushrooms to game as the valley dictates. The views from the terrace over the surrounding hills are the kind that make you order another glass.
