Ventozelo is a working vineyard estate turned hotel in the Douro Valley, sprawling across terraced hills with rooms split between restored stone buildings and private villas with pools. The restaurant pulls from the land around it, trails map the hillsides, and tastings happen on-site. It's less a hotel than a slow argument for staying one more night.
