Vignamare

Vineyards slope toward the sea outside, olive groves fill the gaps, and the whole view is doing a lot of the work before you've sat down. This Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant, carved from a restored hillside cistern above Andora, runs tasting menus built almost entirely on produce from its own farm. The cooking is rooted in the Mediterranean, clean in technique, and genuinely Ligurian without making a fuss about it.
