Villa am See by Sandro Lüthi
Modern French
The terrace sits so close to Lake Constance that the greenery separating them is almost a technicality. This modern restaurant in a lakeside villa runs on seasonal, ingredient-led cooking that leans French and Mediterranean with the odd international detour. Evenings bring set menus of three to six courses, including a vegetarian option; lunch is a sharing affair the team calls "Geteilter Genuss." The glass pavilion handles the cooler days gracefully.
