    A heavy carved wooden door on rue Sidi Mimoun opens into two early-20th-century residences built around a pair of courtyards, one with a long heated pool, the other with a fountain and scattered sofas. This Relais & Châteaux holds a Michelin Key. Rooms lean into ornate plasterwork and carved wood; suites claim private terraces over the courtyard. The rooftop plunge pool has the Atlas Mountains as a backdrop, which feels almost unfair.
