Villa Epicurea

Five suites total, tucked into Serra da Arrábida south of Lisbon, which tells you most of what you need to know: this is a small eco-resort where the headcount is low by design. The rooms face outward toward the landscape, breakfast is made to order, and the chef also runs cooking classes and dinners. Days fill with hiking, surfing, or winery visits.
