Villa Keller by Erasmus

A centuries-old villa on the Saar, with original parquet floors and stucco ceilings that have survived long enough to share eleven rooms and suites with some very contemporary furniture. The boutique hotel pairs a traditional Wirtschaft and beer garden with Dopamin, an eclectic fine dining restaurant that clearly did not get the memo about restraint. The Michelin Guide has it among its selected hotels.
