    A saltwater pool carved straight into the Ramatuelle hillside sets the tone for this boutique hotel, which sits just over the ridge from Saint-Tropez proper, close enough to the Pampelonne beach scene to dip in, far enough to sleep past ten. The interiors are immaculate and photograph themselves. A full spa and a Mediterranean restaurant round things out. Open May through October, which honestly tracks for a place this unrushed.
