Vistabella

A bluff perch above Bonifaci Beach at the north end of the Bay of Roses, and the hotel has been a jet-set address since the Sixties without looking like it. Vistabella is a boutique resort with 34 rooms, a Nuxe spa, and enough restaurants to skip town entirely for days. Rooms run from frilly Mediterranean suites to monochrome ones with egg-shaped freestanding tubs. The Surrealist Suite nods to Dalí, whose nearby Cadaqués house-museum is an easy excursion.
