Classic French
A few metres from the shore of Zugersee, with the lake visible through old trees, this classic French restaurant has been drawing people to its terrace since the place was an inn. A mother-and-son team runs things, and the kitchen leans on lake fish, with a fine dining menu alongside, and a charcoal barbecue when summer finally cooperates. Inside, the dining room is cosy enough that you forgive Switzerland for being expensive.
