    A working farm in Gardiner that takes the "secluded" part more seriously than most Hudson Valley properties, Wildflower Farms is an Auberge resort with 65 cabins spread across actual farmland. The produce grown on the property feeds Clay, the on-site restaurant. The Thistle Spa handles the rest. It holds a Michelin Key, which is the guide's way of saying the stay itself is the point.
