Inside, WIP opens into a spacious, lively pizzeria in Nocera Inferiore with a menu that covers more ground than most: classic rounds, pan pizzas, and a double-cooked style, fried then baked. Fried sides, salads, and sandwiches round things out, and the desserts, including panettone with ice cream, are a genuine afterthought worth having.
