    A fine-dining room inside a patrician townhouse that has been standing in central Lübeck since before anyone thought to count, with art on the walls and calligraphy on the menus. The Petermann family runs the place as a tight operation, offering three- or five-course menus that rotate every few weeks, plus a vegetarian option. Classic Mediterranean cooking with a Michelin star, a serious German-leaning wine list, and a courtyard terrace for when the weather cooperates.
