The pastry chefs working up front, visible from the street, give the game away: this is an old-school Turkish lokanta where the food comes before everything else. Chesterfield banquettes and warm woodwork set the scene, and the counter piled with traditional sweets makes leaving without a box genuinely difficult. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand, which for a neighbourhood lunch spot in Kadıköy feels about right.
