Named for the biodynamic wine producer whose bottles fill the list (and the shelves, if you want to take one home), Zelna is a wine bar in the livelier quarter of this lakeside seasonal town. The menu is short and flexible, running from light bites to proper Hungarian plates like braised beef cheeks, with golden walnut dumplings to finish. Every seat is on the terrace, and the kitchen keeps going until 2am.
