A beautifully restored heritage building in Tbilisi's historic district holds this boutique hotel, where the bones are old and the interior very much isn't. Rooms on the upper floors go hard on saturated orange and midnight blue; lower floors stay warmer and a little less theatrical. The in-house offerings are modest, but the staff fills that gap by knowing everyone in town. The Michelin Guide has it among its selected hotels.
