An old farmhouse in Tisens, barn and stables folded into the dining room so the stone walls and timber feel less like decor than something that was always there. The kitchen runs a "Wine & Dine" concept, pairing South Tyrolean flavors with dishes that are clean rather than fussy. The wine cellar has been quietly accumulated over years and it shows. Service is the kind that doesn't need to announce itself.
