A roaster-first coffee shop with a direct line to specific farms in Honduras, Vivid sources with enough intention that the espresso rotates single-origin rather than hiding behind a house blend. The cafe is spacious enough that a laptop crowd shares the room with catch-up conversations without either feeling intruded upon. The affogato with local Shy Guy Gelato is one of those menu items that earns its place by being genuinely strange and good.
