The name comes from the old stables of Pacai Palace, where a nobleman needed exactly 14 horses to register as truly aristocratic. That's the last stuffy thing about this creative restaurant in the Old Town, which runs a regenerative farm in Radiškis and lets the produce drive the menu. The cooking is bold and original without being showy, and a Michelin Bib Gourmand suggests the bill won't require selling any horses.
