    Six themed saunas in a single wellness center is either a personality or a philosophy, and at A-ROSA it's both. This sprawling North Sea resort sits at the quiet northern tip of Sylt, the narrow island that has long served as Germany's answer to the Hamptons. The 3,500-square-meter spa anchors everything, with 18 sea-view treatment rooms and indoor-outdoor pools. Suites run classical-meets-modern, balconies facing the water, and bike rentals put 40 kilometers of dunes within reach.
