Adler Wirtschaft

A half-timbered tavern on Eltville's main street, the kind where you can see the Molteni stove from the doorway and smell what's on it before you've sat down. The menu is a choose-your-own-fixed-price affair, small dinner or large, with steaks and German cooking built around pork and beef from the family's own farm in the Taunus hills. In summer there's a shaded terrace out back. One bill for the whole table, no splitting.
