A former village school turned into a Michelin-starred creative restaurant, where the dining room got a designer makeover and the cooking followed suit. The chef's food is precise and plated beautifully, but the kitchen doesn't skimp on sauces either, which puts it a cut above the merely pretty. Meals end with a tea ceremony, which sounds fussy but lands as genuinely calming. Lana runs the front of house with the same care her partner brings to the plate.
