Ten minutes inland from the Costa del Sol, this palazzo-style luxury resort looks less like an Andalusian hotel and more like a Tuscan villa that wandered off course and decided to stay. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key. Rooms run large, suites run enormous, and the wellness wing alone could occupy a long weekend, with a Thermae spa, racquet club, and three golf courses on site.
