Floor-to-ceiling views of Shenzhen Bay anchor this Hyatt luxury-boutique hotel, set among the gleaming tech campuses of Nanshan. Designer Tony Chi gave the rooms a clean, contemporary frame and then softened it with leather chairs and marble baths, so it reads more New York loft than sterile business hotel. A 19-meter indoor pool and two restaurants round things out. It holds a Michelin Key.
