A castle in the middle of a small South Tyrolean village that somehow runs two dining rooms with completely different personalities. Stain is the wood-paneled Tyrolean stube side, with regional cooking and terrace tables when the weather cooperates. La Lumosa seats four tables and leans into a five or six course contemporary tasting menu. Twelve suites upstairs mean you don't have to figure out the drive home.
