Eight rooms inside a converted chapel in Bruton, the little Somerset town that's been quietly having a moment since Hauser & Wirth moved in. The white-on-white interiors read a bit like a gallery, which is either the point or a happy accident. Rooms are spare without being austere, with marble bathrooms and a basket of croissants delivered each morning. The restaurant, in the old rectory, runs British with a Mediterranean lean.
