Two tasting menus anchor this fine dining room in Sankt Ingbert, one dialed back and ingredient-led, the other playful and a little wild, both running five to seven courses. Martin Stopp earned two Michelin stars here, and even he comes out to serve the food. At lunch things loosen up with a shorter set menu. The room is chic without being stiff, and the service, oddly for a place this serious, manages to feel genuinely warm.
