This is a warm, unpretentious country cooking spot in Verviers where the menu runs on seasonal produce from local suppliers the kitchen has known for years. Lacto-fermented touches and marinated vegetables drift in and out depending on the season. The Michelin Guide has given it a Bib Gourmand, and booking ahead is not optional.
