A converted Norman farmhouse on three hectares with no neighbors except fields, forest, and dairy cows. This small inn sits between Étretat and Le Havre along a coast serious about its cliffs, and the owner built it largely because he couldn't stop returning to fish them. Eleven rooms with exposed beams and freestanding baths come in deep greens and inky blues. Evenings bring a single wood-fired six-course menu; mornings, a cloakroom stocked with backpacks, ponchos, and fishing rods.
